Catalogues/Results don't download
You are not waiting long enough for large files. When you click on "Results (or Catalogue) in Adobe Acrobat" a new browser window will open and the document will start downloading to open up in the window. With large files this can take some time, depending on the speed of your connection to the Internet. It will appear that nothing is happening until the document has downloaded.  Please be patient.

Alternatively, if you right-click on "Results (or Catalogue) in Adobe Acrobat" you will have the option to 'Save target as...'.  If you select this option you can save the document onto your computer and open it once it has finished downloading.  Using this method you can see the progress of the file download. You can also use this method with other documents.

I receive notification but cannot see the new sales
The previous page is held in a cache either on your computer or your ISP's

What does this mean? To cache means that the ISP is giving you a version of the web page that you want to see that is stored on THEIR server. The page you view is may NOT be the actual web page that the website is trying to show you. Basically what you are seeing is an old outdated version of the web page that is stored in the memory of your ISP's system.

Now, ideally in a situation such as this you could simply hit "Shift+Reload" or "Shift+Refresh" and get a current copy of the web page that you would like to, and expect to see. But, more often than not, this does not work and you are forced to see a copy of the web page that your ISP has stored.

Try using another Service Provider and going to the web site via that.

I can't see a catalogue.
Catalogues cannot be added to the website until they have been created. This usually occurs two or three days before a sale in order that as many entries as possible can be added.
New catalogues are available here and notification is via the mailing lists.

I'm not receiving notifications of new sales
You may have added your email address incorrectly to the mailing list. Add your email address to the list again. You will get a confirmation email if you have added the address correctly, if you don't get the confirmation, you have made a mistake when typing your address.
